What Can you Expect

At Great Skin as your skin and body care provider? Prior to any treatment provided, a consultation that includes an exchange between you and your GS service provider of your skin care history, condition, any related medical information and your specific sought after goals will take place prior to the start of any treatment, so that we fully understand your needs and provide you with relevant information on causes and how you can take care of your skin in between professional treatments. After a complete and thorough evaluation of your goals, skin care history and first treatment, a well thought out, accurate and individualized treatment plan will be developed for you as well as a customized home skin care system that is available for purchase.

Arrival Times

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your Spa service so that we may prepare you for your treatment. We will make every effort to respect your schedule and hope that you will help us respect the schedule of all of our clients by arriving on time. All late starts must still finish on time in consideration of next client. All treatment times listed are approximate.

Preparing for a Treatment

Upon arrival, please fill out a case history form. Inform your therapist about any allergies and/or if you are using any products such as AHA, Retinol or any medications that have an affect on your skin or any treatments before the start of any treatment. This allows our therapists to be aware of any medical conditions that may affect your treatment. Our spa staff will review your previous visit notes prior to a treatment and discuss your progress with you prior to start of treatment so that you can track your progress and results.

Payment

We accept credit cards (Visa, Master Card & Discover), debit, cash and gift certificates. Taxes are separate; Gratuities are welcomed. 10% Required gratuity on services valued over $200 added to total cost of “services only” per ticket. Your suggestions and feedback are always welcomed and encouraged. Please see our store manager with your comments and suggestions or email your comments to brenssmile@aol.com.

Home Care/Self Care

All of our spa treatments are enhanced with recommended specific home care systems that are very effective and affordable and will aid you in achieving your desired beauty results. We are committed to personally guiding you in determining a home care/self care program that will meet your ongoing needs and personal goals and encourage you to follow such and make your follow up appointments a priority.

Cancellation Policy

As a professional courtesy to our staff and clients, we require a 24 hour cancellation or a 100% cancellation fee = to your service amount will be charged . We respectfully require credit card number to book appointments. No charge for changes within the cancellation period.
